In Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the first time will be called by Mumbai Police for cross-questioning. As per the source, Bollywood movies Celebrities such as Kangana Ranaut, Shekhar Kapur, Shanoo Sharma, Yashraj Films will also summoned soon by Mumbai Police to record their statements 

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was discovered dead in his home in Bandra on June 14. The police said it was demise by suicide. 

The Maharashtra government requested an examination concerning claims that the on-screen character was vexed about losing acting positions due to clubs and nepotism in the Hindi film industry, other than reportedly dealing with clinical depression.

As per top police sources, Mumbai Police will send the summons to director  Sanjay Leela Bhansali and casting director Shanoo Sharma of Yashraj Films for cross-questioning regarding Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide.

Sources additionally said that Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and director Shekhar Kapur, who has no immediate contribution in the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case, might be welcome to record their statements with the Mumbai police.

Director Shekhar Kapur tweeted "I knew the pain you were going through. I knew the story of the people that let you down so bad that you would weep on my shoulder. I wish I was around the last 6 months. I wish you had reached out to me. What happened to you was their Karma. Not yours,"

Netflix director Aashish Singh who was earlier with Yash Raj Films has also given their statements to the police.

Twenty-eight peoples, including Sushant Singh Rajput's friends, family, and helpers have recorded their announcements with Mumbai police. Rhea Chakraborty, who was a close friend rather rumor girlfriend of Sushant Singh Rajput, and his last upcoming Dil Bechara movies co-star Sanjana Sanghi were among them.
